Meet The Team

Rick Ezell 


Rick has been with the company for over 20 years.  Along with his construction expertise, he also has experience in Information Technology.  In addition to Rick's management responsibilities, he oversees the website.  Rick has a B.S. in Civil Engineering.


Mike started the company in 1975, at which time the company dealt with both the management and maintenance side of property management.  Since 1984 the company has concentrated solely on the management side.  Mike has a B.A. in Business Administration. 

Karrie Ezell 


Karrie has been with the company for over 25 years as Controller, overseeing the accounting department.  Karrie has a B.A. in accounting.

Mike Crowley
